he Gunmakers Association was born more than 55 years ago when firearms manufacturing companies from Eibar decided to join forces to solve their common problems: the need to organize the market, set minimum export prices, face civil liability claims, train workers, and adapt the industry to increasingly restrictive regulations.

Over time, following several economic crises and a restructuring process, the gunmaking industry in our region has successfully reinvented itself, incorporating new technologies into production and achieving growth. Today, the Gunmakers Association represents a modern 21st-century industry, continuously adapting to a transforming landscape.
